Our Equestrian Manufacturing Process
A clear, hands-on workflow from material review and cutting through saddle assembly, finishing, inspection and export packing.

Six controlled stages
From Material to Approved Product
The exact steps vary by product, but every new program follows a documented sample and approval process.
Material Selection
Leather, textiles, padding and hardware are checked against the buyer specification.
Pattern & Cutting
Patterns are prepared and components cut with attention to material consistency.
Assembly
Saddle and tack components are shaped, aligned and assembled by experienced workers.
Structural Stitching
Structural leather stitching is completed by hand according to the construction requirement.
Finishing
Edges, surfaces, hardware, branding and presentation are completed and cleaned.
Inspection & Packing
Products are checked against the approved sample before protective export packing.

The Approved Sample Is the Reference
Bulk production begins after sample approval. During final inspection we compare construction, dimensions, stitching, hardware, color and branding with the approved reference.
- Material and color verification
- Construction and stitching review
- Hardware and attachment check
- Branding and label placement
- Clean finishing and protective packing
